All pieces from the Balance Side Collection include complimentary U.S. shipping. Each piece is carefully packed, fully insured, and shipped with tracking to help ensure safe arrival.

Processing Time
Orders ship within 5–7 business days of purchase.

Delivery & Tracking
Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.

Damaged Shipments
Every shipment is fully insured. If your order arrives with visible damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the piece and its packaging. If the claim is approved, replacement production will begin promptly.

Returns
Each piece is individually handcrafted and one of one. For that reason, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
