Each table is carefully prepared, professionally packed, and shipped with full insurance and tracking to ensure safe arrival.

Processing Time
Orders ship within 5–7 business days of purchase.

Delivery & Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided by email.

Damaged Shipments
Every shipment is fully insured.
If your order arrives with visible damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the product and its packaging.

A claim will be filed with the carrier. Should the claim be approved, replacement production will begin promptly.

Returns & Exchanges
Each Balance piece is individually handcrafted and one-of-one.
For this reason, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
