A few pieces from the Balance Side Collection. Each one is made individually in New York, with its own proportions, grain, and presence.
Balance Side No. 001 has a quiet weight to it. The walnut gives the piece warmth and depth, while the offset planes keep the form open and slightly unexpected. Depending on where you stand, it can feel architectural, almost like a small structure, or much softer as the grain starts to take over.
Made as a single piece in New York, No. 001 was never meant to disappear into a room. It is restrained, but it still has presence.

Balance Side No. 003 is softer and quieter than the earlier pieces. The white oak has a pale, almost chalky tone that lets the shape come forward without making the piece feel cold.
The offset planes still give it tension, but the overall feeling is calmer - light in color, solid in presence, and easy to live with.

Balance Side No. 002 feels more grounded. The white oak keeps it bright, but the weight and thickness of the piece give it a strong physical presence. The open space through the center breaks up that mass and changes the way the piece reads from different sides.
It feels substantial without feeling heavy in a room - solid, quiet, and very much its own object.
